Bishop Guilfoyle Academy, is comprised of two distinct non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) religious corporations, Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and Holy Trinity Catholic School. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of each corporation which, together, comprise the PreK-12 grade school, Bishop Guilfoyle Academy. Their duties include long-term planning, policy development, financing, capital improvements, hiring of the chief executive officer, public relations and marketing, development and alumni relations, and budgetary management.  The Board of Trustees is a self-perpetuating board with rotating term limits. Board members are selected based on their educational and business expertise.
